The FP-EPE90 Foam Sheet Making Machine is an Extruded Polyethylene (EPE) Foam Sheet production line, also known as "pearl cotton". This new-type packing material is known for its features like being dampproof, shockproof, sound insulating, heat-preserving, and having good plasticity, making it an ideal substitute for traditional packing materials in various industries like electronic products, commodity, glass, pottery, electrical household appliances, spraying, furniture, hardware product, and toy manufacturing. The FP-EPE90 model has a 90/55:1 screw diameter/L/D, a production capacity of 70-100 kg/h, and can produce sheets with a product width up to 1400 mm and a thickness from 0.3-4.5 mm. Key components include an automatic feeding unit, a talcum powder injection unit utilizing Italy technology, a high-pressure metering pump for liquid butane foaming agent, and a double-axis cantilever displacement type winding unit. The main motor speed is controlled by a 37 kW inverter, and the electrical control system has a total of 12 control zones.
